Please Note: The owner of this property accepts payment in the original currency specified (Euro), before use of conversion tool. The conversion tool is provided for your convenience only. The owner may accept other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
30% of rental rate required at the time of booking to secure the reservation by bank transfer. You will receive a written confirmation of your reservation. The balance to be paid either at least 2 weeks before your arrival by bank transfer or at your arrival to the apartment in cash.
Tourist tax is for kids till 16 years old is 0,50 euro (50 cents), and for adults the tourist tax is 1 Euro per day. Housekeeper during morning, towels and linens, final cleaning , internet access (WiFi), AC, using grill in our garden and private parking lot next to the villa are included in the price. Additional cleaning, washing and ironing are included in the price.
